Despite the Easter confusion, we were warmly welcomed by the owner. The Easter menu sent to us when booking exceeded expectations. The portions were generous, tasty and above all the raw meat was of high quality. We had never eaten Castelmagno risotto with hazelnuts and apart from perhaps the slightly undercooked rice, we were happy to have it again. We struggled to eat the roast and the lamb but we devoured them because they were really good.We drank a wine recommended by the owner and my husband was impressed by the preparation on the topic.We asked for the desserts (cream and strawberry cake) to be delivered to us in a tray and the staff was kind enough to bring them to us already in an envelope. We ate the cake in the evening and we licked our chops at how good it was and above all how fresh it felt.The only flaw: despite the kindness, the staff seemed insufficient for the capacity of the place.We will return more calmly to try more

It is located on the main road and I noticed it while passing by, the exterior with adjacent parking is very nice. Inside it is welcoming, the staff are friendly, the bar is small but well-stocked and there is a large outdoor area where meals are served. The food is quality and the portions generous. I really appreciated the marinated eel, because it was delicate and tasty. The ravioli del plin, the tajarin with ragù and the rabbit are also very good. I will definitely return to try the other dishes. Advised!

It is an excellent typical Piedmontese restaurant. The food is excellent, if you take an outdoor table you may be disturbed by flies. It's not easy to find but it's worth looking for. The price of 20/30 euros is worth the lunch.
